A detailed description of the allegedly infringing content, including its specific location on the website or application, providing sufficient detail to assist  WASITAIK in locating the content;

If a design patent is involved, please clearly state the design you believe has been infringed and provide the registration number;

If a utility model patent is involved, please specify the utility model you claim has been infringed and provide a court order or judgment supporting your claim;

Your full company name, organization (if applicable), mailing address, telephone number, and email address;

A statement that you believe in good faith that the use of the allegedly infringing content has not been authorized by the intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law;

A statement, subject to penalties for perjury, that the information you provide in your complaint is accurate and that you are the intellectual property owner or acting on behalf of the intellectual property owner.

Upon receiving such complaint notifications, we reserve the right to take the following measures: remove or disable access to the content; remove all links pointing to the content; notify the alleged infringer that access to the relevant content has been removed or disabled; terminate the access and use of  WASITAIK services by users or third parties who repeatedly infringe on the intellectual property rights of  WASITAIK or others, or handle the matter in accordance with other provisions of the Terms of Use or Policies.
